Retrofit / Refurbished Signs
Sometimes it makes more sense to retrofit or refurbish an existing sign in order to maintain certain aspects of a sign that may not be allowed under current code. "Grandfathered" signs do not meet existing code regulations but are allowed because they were in existence prior to the new more restrictive code being adopted. If you take the sign down any new sign must conform with the new code regulations or sign ordinance, so often renovations have to be done in the field, so you don't lose your "Grandfathered" provisions. Call us today to discuss whether it makes more sense to go with new signage or refurbish your existing signage.
